Analyzing how organizational-level leaders improve organizations while still operating to accomplish the mission
The L100 series focused on the challenges of developing and improving organizations and leaders as a Sergeant Major while operating on day-to-day requirements to accomplish the mission. Sergeants Major have the critical charge of accomplishing the mission and improving the organization. The L200 series lessons allowed you for you to reflect on the difficult challenges Sergeants Major face such as; can you accomplish your assigned missions and still fail as an organizational leader?

Finally the 300 series built upon the foundations you learned in L100 and L200 analyzing how organizational-level leaders improve organizations while still operating to accomplish the mission.
During the Foundations lessons you received instruction on Military Briefings. In addition to the Foundations lessons, within the Department of Command Leadership (DCL) curriculum you received instruction on material that focused on how to think rather than what to think (critical and creative thinking along with assessments).
Additionally, in DCL you received instruction on leader development and leadership and decision-making.

Three concepts chosen for this post is Critical Thinking, Building Organizational Teams and Servant Leadership to summarize. See attachments.
Instructions: In a substantive post, summarize at least three concepts or ideas you gathered from
the DCL lesson material that you feel has helped equip you to make better decisions or improve your ability to deliver briefings at the organizational level of leadership.
