In responding to your first Final Paper submission in the MOL Program, consider a possible subject, topic, thesis, and research methodology before you begin your final paper for this course. Understanding that this is going to be stretch learning, integrate your initial ideas or thoughts on a subject and/or topic within the context of the assignment choices offered below. Guidelines:
Select one of the three topics below and prepare a 10-12 page double-spaced final project/paper using APA guidelines. Your task is to demonstrate an interdisciplinary approach to analytical problem solving that integrates knowledge and understanding of organizational behavior (OB) with corporate leadership concerning leadership tasks such as: measuring and improving performance outcomes; analysis and research; communications; and ongoing development for leading, managing, serving in the for-profit, non-profit, or government arena.
Develop your paper by drawing from the reading assignments, discussion, case studies, and course activities and integrate biblical principles with well-documented, research-based resources. Your paper should include a minimum of three outside, well-documented resources that dovetail biblical principles with organizational behavior (OB) theory and practice.
Your three to five minute public speaking presentation will highlight the main points, analysis, and application from your paper.
The total possible points for your project/paper is 100 points and 50 points for the public speaking (video) presentation. 1. Prepare a Business as Mission (BAM) outline and preliminary proposal for one of the following:

Apply a (1) hypothetical or (2) experiential perspective. Create an initiative that begins with an evaluation plan for assessing the problem (include a problem statement and thesis) that also identifies values, vision, mission, and goals and integrates the processes for how the plan will be launched. Consider who are the targets of the change initiative. How will you gain buy-in? Apply at least three OB processes (frameworks and analytics) for ethical communications, education, collaboration, and innovation as well as an ethical code of conduct. Integrate key learning from the texts, cases, and web-based-media used in this course.
2. Conduct an in-depth analysis of three leaders of excellence in your immediate community. This analysis will include a scripted interview (qualitative analysis) with the leaders addressing three of the following questions. Do not go over three questions. You must be sure to ask the same three questions to all of the participants. Establish clear guidelines for your analysis applying a quasi-experimental design (you might consider applying an extent scale such as, to what extent do you believe? Use your Internet browser to look up examples of extent and likert scales. Integrate well-documented, research-based evidence to validate your questions, observations, and summation. (Do not include first and/or last names of participants.) Participation must be anonymous.
