Identifying and defining a current hospitality problem
Students will develop an innovation that: (1) addresses a hospitality problem, (2) aligns with the strategy of the main stakeholder that benefit from this innovation, and (3) adds value to the customers and/or owners of the main stakeholder. Both phases of the project will refer to the same innovation.

Phase 1. This phase focuses on identifying and defining a current hospitality problem, finding an innovative solution to that problem, substantiating against several qualifiers, and documenting criteria and requirements. Deliverable: A defined innovation product solution that will be developed for a prototype.
