What is the difference between disparate treatment and disparate impact?
Introduction
There will be discussion threads for all units. There will be 2 discussion question for each Unit. Students will post a discussion response to either question by Thursday, 11:59 CT. Students will also post a minimum of 2 responses to others’ original postings for each discussion question thread, so a total of 2 peer responses by Sunday, 11:59 CT. Superior efforts will be distinguished by the use of outside credible sources (journal articles; reputable business press) to support postings.
